​​​It's awesome you're coming -  get ready for a week that will change your life!

​Registrations at the regular price will close at midnight on Sunday the 15th June, or whenever we are at capacity.   After this date, we will still take your registration until midnight on June 22nd as a 'Last Minute Xtender', but this will incur a further $30 fee to reduce pressure on last minute organisation.    Any enquiries after this date please email Merrilyn Withers at merr.withers@gmail.com or ring on 021 793412.  

 

When we receive your registration, we'll send you a confirmation email and you'll receive an information email closer to Xtend.   If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact your youth leader or our team at xtend@baptist.org.nz

​This year, our registration system will not require full payment at the time of registration.   Your parent / caregiver will receive an invoice once you sign up (please make sure you put the correct details of the person who is to receive and pay the invoice under the Billing Contact on the Payment page when you register!)  Full payment must be made at the latest 7 days before Xtend begins, however we really appreciate prompt payment wherever possible! 

 

As always, we never want finance to get in the way of young people getting to Xtend.    If you need full or partial sponsorship help, please get in touch with Merrilyn at merr.withers@gmail.com  -  we will keep your enquiry completely confidential and will make it possible for you to join us.
